What’s a day in the life of a DevOps Engineer at LayerX?

I work closely with the team, supporting them in whatever they need to perform at their best. It’s a great environment where the team operates in harmony, making everything smoother and more efficient. My mission is to ensure that all systems are accessible and fully available to both customers and employees, maximizing the incredible solutions that LayerX provides to its clients and partners.

What factors or considerations are unique to web3 developments?

I believe in the freedom of ideas and creativity, as well as the opportunities that Web3 brings to help improve the world in a simple and technological way.

What are your favorite web3 projects and why?

This answer is easy. Taikai and Bepro 😉

I'm new to the Web3 world, but what I've learned from these solutions has taught me a lot and deepened my appreciation for web3, blockchain, DeFi, and more.

What are your top 3 resources for keeping up with web3 developments?

I believe the community is the primary source of knowledge. Following blogs, companies, and enthusiastic individuals in the Web3 space is key.

What tips would you give to a developer starting their web3 journey?

Read extensively on the subject, participate in Web3 communities, and study books and e-books on the topic. That's what I do :)

What are your favorite resources for learning development?

Communities, blogs, and for specific technologies, the development documentation or materials provided by the manufacturer.

In your opinion, what are the key opportunities and challenges for web3 development in the future?

The opportunities lie in advancing technology to provide freedom for businesses and make market choices more accessible to people. The challenge, however, will always be the regulations imposed by countries or states, as well as major companies that aim to centralize the market.

What do you like the most about working in web3?

The concepts of freedom and decentralization.

Anything else you'd like to share with our community?

Even though I'm new to the Web3, blockchain, and crypto space, I strongly believe in the potential of these technologies to improve economic freedom and positively impact the world.
