Professionals who can easily navigate both technologies will have a competitive edge to advance their careers.</li><li>There’s a growing importance and demand for non-technical roles, such as business development, sales, marketing, and community. It’s true that builders are the bread and butter of web3 but it will be the non-technical roles that will bridge the gap by educating the audience and driving a wider audience, even those who aren't tech-savvy.</li></ul> <h3>What to expect from LayerX in 2025?</h3>2025 will certainly bring a new share of challenges and opportunities and we look forward to embracing them, as always, with resiliency, creativity, and a commitment to continued growth.In 2025, our first priority is the highly anticipated launch of the TAIKAI Garden. After months of hard work, we're now putting the final touches in place. The official launch will happen very soon and we’re counting the minutes to share it with our community.We’re also keen on introducing more reward systems for TKAI, like staking opportunities to offer our users more ways to earn incentives along the way.
